Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested if:

• The product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description.

• The order was not delivered due to an issue attributable to Shah Traders.

• The product qualifies under our applicable return conditions.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason for the request, and clear photos/videos where applicable. After inspection and approval, we will process the refund through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Important Terms

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or the issue was caused by Shah Traders. Certain products may be non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable restrictions.
